Product was smaller than expected (mug) and the printing didn't cover all the white area like I thought it would. When you see the proof it is flat and so it's hard gauge exactly what end result will be. Also, I didn't really need them for a specific date but when I asked when they would be delivered, the window was pretty wide - I paid for US production because I believe in supporting the US, but expect better turnaround. As it turned out, they did produce quicker than they said - I guess better to underpromise and over deliver.
Wrong spelling on all wristbands.
Many of the bands had smeared letters, unable to use them, would not choose the company again. Delivery was on time as promised, that's all I liked about using this company.
Very easy to design yourself! Order arrived on time. This is the second time I've ordered koozies. I love them! The only bad part is the cost of shipping. It is so expensive and I couldn't get the free shipping code to work for my second order.
I went back and forth with one of the customer representatives regarding the artwork that was sent in. The representative I spoke to was helpful until I had to send in my art work two separate times because the proofs did not represent what I submitted. I became aggravated when he tried to argue with me that the artwork I sent in was on my item when I clearly knew it wasn't because I redid the artwork after the initial proof was sent to me sure to it being pixilated and blurry. Other than that, my items look great and I am pleased with them and the fast response.
Excellent service, price, and product!
I was told to send an 1000x1000 image for my mousepads, even though they were rectangular, not squared. Well, they came out horizontally stretched and distorted. The advice was not accurate and was not even warned before the print. Also, there is no way to see a preview when sending the graphic design.
I really liked them a lot looking forward to order more. Everyone loves them and are asking for more so you will hear from u s again.
I needed 200 wristbands for a church event. It was Monday and i needed them on Saturday morning. I was behind when ordering and thus freaking out when I was looking to order the bands. The layout was simple and easy and the quick delivery time in options eased my mind. The Wristbands were delivered on Friday afternoon and were a hit at the event! Thank you 24HourWristbands!
