I loved the mugs that I ordered. They were designed to my specification. I was bummed that 4 of the mugs that I ordered were broken upon arrival. It was clear that they had not been packaged to prevent breakage either. When I reached out to customer service, they promptly refunded me the amount for those specific mugs. I also paid extra to have my mugs made in the USA, and these mugs clearly say on the bottom "Made in China", but I did not bring that up in my original customer service request because I did not notice that until later.
Cups were good! Tyvek wristbands had a printing glitch, but they were re-done and shipped quickly (Thanks, Jason!). I like having our logo on give-away items for our event.
Walter made my experience with 24hourwristbands wonderful! He definitely created a customer for life! He is very experienced and knowledgable about all products and quickly moved through the process! He was patient and explained every step of the way! Thanks, Walter!

Ordering the lanyards was quick, easy and every charge was spelled out plainly.
I really appreciated the fact that they notified me that the font I chose was not going to come out as expected based on the band size and the kind of band I order. Once they notified me they were also patient about working with me so I could pick out a font that would work better.
