Horrible customer service and merchandise.
Hi, I couldn't see where to click to see my digital proof. The person who chatted with me was so polite and kind and positive; in addition, was also helpful in navigating the site. This person changed me from being confused, and thus a bit annoyed, to calm and happy just by their polite writing. They represent your company very well. Wish there were more people like this in real life!
Napkins came in printed as designed. The napkins themselves were cheap, however. They were not consistent in color & the color was only on the outside of the napkin...the inside of the napkin was white. And the texture was very stiff & hard.
Both of our orders placed at different times did not meet the deadline that was confirmed upon placement of order. We had to evidentially cancel the first order since they would not be done in time for my son's funeral. The reason given was Chinese holiday. Our second order deadline which again was confirmed when order placed also did not meet deadline for the product ordered. We ordered a two-sided bracelet and had to settle for one-side only to have bracelets done in time for another event. We were very disappointed. Name of company needs to be changed to 24 day which was estimated time given to have completed the two-sided order.

Final product - not what I expected
BUYER BEWARE! This company is horrible. I placed an "expedited" order with "overnight" shipping. 3 days later I get my proof which has been incorrectly setup by the art department. I give them feedback. Second proof, STILL WRONG. I submit the art again and have to email a supervisor to get it right. Then, my product doesn't ship on time, and they ship it GROUND. After I paid a ridiculous amount for rush. So my order is scheduled to deliver after my event, making all of the collateral useless. I call 6 times, talk to a variety of reps, one of which told me their supervisors were "too busy" to talk to me. I finally get a really nice rep, Walter, who I think is really going to help me out. He arranges for a new order to be produced and shipped overnight. However, then he leaves and doesn't see it through. I get the shipping notification that the package has shipped ground and is set to still arrive after my event. I call back, Walter is nowhere to be found and the new reps (2 that I spoke to) WILL NOT help me. They refuse to call FedEx and correct the mistake. They are rude, just like the first reps and unhelpful. So, overall I have paid them a lot of money, wasted countless hours on the phone and 10 days after my "rush" order with "overnight" shipping, I have ZERO items to show for it. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone.

The bracelets we got were fine but we felt like we were forced into settling for a lesser quality item.
Somehow we got lost in the system and this "easy" ordering became something to manage. After calling us back to tell us we had to pay more shipping to get our order in time (even though regular shipping said it would make it to us on time) they made us pay another $10 fee to see a proof of a very simple design that was already shown to me when I designed the item. The whole process felt scammy. I will never use this company again and I told the operator this. He did nothing to fix this order situation then ended with we hope you come back and shop with us again. Um, no.

We duly emailed you the proofs which you have approved. The napkins were produced on time, however, due to an unforeseeable error the order was shipped via ground. We have duly contacted FedEx from our end to inquire if the package could be expedited. As FedEx confirmed that they would be unable to expedite the package, as per your approval, we have fully remade another batch of napkins on 2/23 & shipped it out via Overnight Shipping to have it delivered by 2/24. However, as per FedEx's policies to deliver on weekdays only, the order was delivered on the very next business day which was 2/26, Monday. Both the sets of the napkins have been delivered to your doorstep. Due to your other item having artwork and deadline issues, we have cancelled the coasters as per your request. We did try our best to rectify our initial issue by remaking an entire batch fully free of cost and sending it via overnight shipping at our own cost, which is greater than 1 day rush shipping, to get the order to you.
