The lanyards were good quality. The clip on the end was not what we thought we were purchasing based on the images.
Some wristbands were a bit irregular in shape and how they were cut
We paid the extra $10 to review the product before printing. That was useless because it did not display what we uploaded. If you are going to charge an extra fee to review, you should provide the customer a pdf proof to review. We would have notice the poor color and the logo not being evenly printed on the lanyards. Our over all experience was poor.
Would like to see the price break down on a product without having to guess how many I must buy to get to the cheaper price. Everything else was great.

Customizing the wristbands was a pretty easy process. I like how the website constantly updates your price based on what wristbands you selected. However, I was not happy with the product I received because after waiting two weeks for my wristbands many of them had blemishes and marks on them. I was disappointed.
