The prices of the wristbands caught my attention, the product was easy to design and the website was easy to use. I had questions as I proceeded and got immediate responses. There was also an issue with my artwork and Adam gave very detailed recommendations. He was very helpful.
Best company I have dealt with for novelty gifts. This company is amazing! Samme went above and beyond to complete my order in a very fast timeline. Walked me through creating my own design step-by-step. He even called me every night to ensure I check the prof and then submit th order. I will use this company for every needed purchase!

This is the second time I have used this company to order customized products. I was extremely happy with my 2-day rush experience the first time. This time, I wanted to place the same wristband order again. I chatted with Justin to get assistance in doing so without having to redesign the bands. Justin called me and took care of EVERYTHING. Easy to order, but i wanted wraparound in small qty, so I had to choose different design.

The wristbands did not come pre assembled, which was a disappointment. Sadly, we'll likely go with a vendor that takes care of that final step of putting the bead on the wristband so we dont have to do that for future orders. We also had an off number of beads shipped with the wristbands, so we had about 50 bands with no beads. Print quality was great thought!

I placed an order of customized mugs and wanted to be sure if the picture's is going to look clear. I reached out the online chat and Stan helped me by giving me the right sizes and files that I should use and assured that they will try their best to work on the provided image. I hope it work!
I placed a 2-day rush shipping order for 3 different customized promo items late last night for a conference which totaled 400 units and 1 banner. I need the items delivered to the conference site by early next week so I also chose the 1-day production option. My order was placed on hold because the company wanted me to email a picture ID to ensure that I was who I said I was which I do appreciate. I scanned and emailed my drivers license and the hold ticket was immediately closed. I called the customer service number earlier this afternoon to ask when I should be expecting the proofs for my 3 items and was told within 3-6 hours or so by a nice gentleman named Richard. I did receive the 3 proofs after needing to send in pics for a banner with better resolution which I do understand. Everything in the proofs look great, so I'm really looking forward to the final product. I would like to thank Richard in customer service for his patience while working with me and my order. He was able to answer any and all of my questions, which was awesome! I will update my review once I actually receive the promo items... my fingers are crossed that they will arrive on time next week!:-)
