They have a great collection of wristbands and their customer service is top notch. I spoke to Haley on live chat. She was so friendly and I felt extremely comfortable to speak with her. I had some queries about the pricing and the delivery process and she was able to help me instantly.
I am reordering a large number of silicone wristbands for a non profit organization, so cost is of issue. Adam was very helpful with my late night log in issues. Thanks ADAM.

I had forgot to put in my discount code when I checked out and knew that it was probably a long shot to be able to talk to someone and see if there was anyway I could use it still or if I could use it on my next order. I spoke to Adam and he was super nice and helpful! He went ahead and refunded me the discount, his customer service was on point! Thank you Adam and everyone at 24hourwristbands for the great prices and awesome customer service!
I ordered my bands and I went with the wrong delivery date and Adam was kind enough to take good care of me. I will certainly ask for him in the future for my next order
Adam was great at answering the questions I had. I have never tried this service before so his help was much appreciated.
Murphy was a huge help! Other people I spoke to on the phone seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, but fortunately after trying a few times I got ahold of Murphy who was very attentive and made sure everything was done properly. Im very appreciative for him. If using them and the person on the phone has no clue what they're doing, maybe just trying calling back until you get ahold of someone who does know. If I hadn't gotten Murphy while adding cups to my order, I may not have found out that my wristbands may not have been printed in time for my event.
BE CAREFUL AND FOLLOW UP WITH THEM!

Nate was very helpful with changes i needed to make. I would recommend using this company. The ordering was easy making the custom bracelets.
Richard was friendly and helpful. He understood the corrections I requested for my items and sent them over to graphics team. I have not recieved my proofs yet as I just placed call. I will update review to express my satisfaction with products.
