Unfortunately the quality I expected is not there - all of the wristbands are coming unstitched. The print quality is very good, but the stitching should last more than one wear.
I received a 2 sided sign. I only ordered a single side! Free upgrade!
Could not get a response from online chat with customer service. Online system is a little confusing. Not the best or highest quality product and print, but not bad for the price.

I feel that the total price should be reflected prior to you clicking "submit" for purchase. The price showed something different than what I saw after I clicked "submit." It was very disappointing and misleading as I based my decision off of the price I saw prior to me agreeing to the purchase, especially because it was over $100 difference. Customer service was helpful and gave me somewhat of a discount, but it still could have been avoided from the beginning.
Liked bands. Shipping was expensive to get within a week. Several bands broke when stretched to put on.
