I had a little issue with the shipping on my second order but it was easily resolved and my products are great!
Very disappointed. Got the cups out of the box and the lettering was chipped off most cups. I don't even know if I'm going to use them at my moms party anymore.

The sign designing online was a little quirky, but other than that, it was an easy experience.
Didn't get an email that the sign design had issues. Luckily, I called to check in the order after a few days. If I had not called, I wouldn't have gotten my order on time. Work needs to be done on the website so that when a sign is designed on the site, it gets sent to the company correctly.
The production and shipping times on the website are misleading. If you have any chances to your order-even if it wasn't your fault- production and shipping could be delayed up to three weeks-unless you want to pay for expedited shipping. I had an issue with this, but after calling, that fee was finally waived and our order was shipped. We received our order within a couple of days. Had the website worked correctly, I don't think the production and shipping time would have been an issue. I appreciate that the company worked with me, but the whole process was a bit of a hassle. The price was good, but we will probably go with a different company in the future to avoid the production/shipping issues.
