I liked what I ordered and the quality of the bands were fine for the price, but I felt a little "duped" with the 100 free wristbands deal. They weren't really free, but ended up costing me some money which I wish I hadn't spent. Other than that, things were ok.
The product is great but it's the checkout process on the website that I have a problem with. You get to select your estimated delivery date with various shipping prices based on the date you select. I would assume they would arrive within a day or two of the estimate but that was not the case. In fact on the estimated delivery date that I had selected my order was still showing as Pending. After contacting customer service I was told that I needed to add 7-14 business days to the estimated delivery date. Thankfully they came a week later just before we needed them for an event. The other issue is that if you buy 100 wristbands you have the option of adding an additional 100 wristbands free. They charge you a $15 handling fee for the extra bands but that's a reasonable cost. Don't have a problem with that. However when you go to check out the extra cost for the free wristbands is NOT included in the order total before you click to pay. Those costs don't show up until you get an email thanking you for the order and showing you what you actually paid. I'm not sure why this was ever set up this way. A customer should know exactly what they are paying before they click on a button to submit payment. This needs to be corrected as does the estimated delivery dates. The product is great but I'm hesitant to order from this company again unless some of the purchase procedures are changed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have NEVER been so disappointed in products I have received from a company before- I ordered custom koozies and they arrived discolored, design wasnt centered/ crooked AND they were falling apart. Reached out to customer service and they told me that it was "industry standard" and they would only offer me 50% refund on the koozies that were falling apart. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! They sent a defective product! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! RUN!
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
