I was happy with the product not but happy about not receiving my 100 free wristbands due to fine print that charged an additional 15.00 which isn't free.

Color was not what I expected

Customer Service guy contacted me becaue they were out of my ink color. Still got it done with an even better color option they came up with and it was rush shipped to get here in time. Super thankful and love you guys.

I appreciated the free wristbands with my order. Would have preferred larger and clearer engraving though.

Overall experience was good. It was easy to design the buttons and we received them very quickly. When ordering the buttons with magnets, we were thinking they would have magnetic backs on them so we could wear the buttons. That was not the case. They only came with a magnet on the button so you can stick it to a refrigerator.

Product was just as I designed it! Perfect!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The yellow on the printing wasn't as bold or as bright as it showed in the picture online, but the product will work for a parade give away.

This was an incredibly easy process, from creating a model before ordering, getting many options to work with, quick and easy to order, and came in a quick amount of time too. A big thank you as this was a gift for students at the end of the year and it was perfect!

Easy ordering, fast shipping. My only issue is the inconsistency of the sizing of the koozies.
