It was a great product. I didn't appreciate the extra $15 fee for the FREE 100 wristbands and that it didn't show up on my receipt until after I finished the order.

Simple and easy
Color of band was not what I expected Teal to look like. Wristband was definitely green - not teal. Should work on accuracy of colors you have in stock. Teal represents ovarian cancer. In this case, the wristband is nice but is not representative of what we were trying to accomplish.
Very easy and convenient. I was notified immediately after ordering that a change needed to be made before processing. I love the since of urgency and care they took to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was correct. I would recommend this company.

Great, easy, and understandable
I was happy to find a variety of colors for the balloons we were going to give away at a block party. We wanted our church's name and website address on the balloons. When we got the balloons and inflated them, the print with the name is so small that it is hardly even noticeable. I'm very disappointed and a bit embarrassed to hand them out. We'll give them away anyway because kids like balloons of bright colors. Likely, though, the print won't even be noticed. I might have missed a font size choice when I was placing my order, so make sure you check your order carefully before submitting.
It would be nice to be able to dictate size of printing, and also suggestions on ways to write on one side or also sell something that would work (silicone ink?) if available.
