Everything was great except putting in words. Your curve, curves way to much. Took me 2 days to get the words the way I want them and then I still have to pay for a proof to make sure its the way I want them. It took 2 weeks and more than 10 proofs to get a proof with the letters the way I submitted them.

More attention to detail or warning that not each wristband will be printed the same. Too many wrongly printed wristbands if you ask me.
The product is exactly what I wanted. However the shipping was not, I had the option to pick an expedited shipping and the cost was a substantial increase. But the product did NOT arrive by the date I selected.
