I wasn't able to create an account and save items in my cart until the point where I had to submit my order, and then there wasn't a point where I could double-check my order.

I took advantage of a promotion that you were offering when I placed my order. However, the promotion guidelines and restrictions weren't described/explained very well, so, after I placed the order, I opened up a support ticket. I got confirmation that my ticket was received, and that I would receive a response within 24 hours. That was three weeks ago, and I still haven't received a response.

The overall purchase went very smooth. However, I did have a couple of issues. I called to decrease my order and it was processed immediately as it had not been sent to production but I did not receive the refund I was guaranteed which explains why they would not provide email confirmation of this. Also, if you would like to receive your order within a week, you have to pay an extra $15 for rush shipping. Otherwise, the delivery will take over 2-weeks.

The Customer service team do not know how to talk to customer Have no regards for people Time Took me 3 days to Resolve a problem with this company And at the end after I called 20 times Was not able to speak to a manager or supervisor Was told that if I send my shipment back I would be charge Approximately a $100 To return this item I got help from a customer service representative the place this Order And yet I was still wrong And even when I offered to pay to send it back And place a new order with them I will still told that I will be check me charge for a restocking fee And if I cancel the 2nd order I will be charged also This company may be cheap but quality of their product is very poor Also got some Armbands personalize caught read what is on itSo it is better to spend your moneyWhere you can get value for it.
