My original order was a disappointment. Two of the three lines of text were left off and the type size was way smaller than I wanted. I left a scathing review so stating. The folks at 24hourwristbands contacted me by phone, apologized and are re-printing my coozie order at no cost to me. This is the way a successful business builds and KEEPS customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Charlie is clearly interested in the integrity of the business and shows his concern for happy and satisfied customers. Let me paint outside the lines and give them six stars. ******

I wasn't able to create an account and save items in my cart until the point where I had to submit my order, and then there wasn't a point where I could double-check my order.

I took advantage of a promotion that you were offering when I placed my order. However, the promotion guidelines and restrictions weren't described/explained very well, so, after I placed the order, I opened up a support ticket. I got confirmation that my ticket was received, and that I would receive a response within 24 hours. That was three weeks ago, and I still haven't received a response.

The overall purchase went very smooth. However, I did have a couple of issues. I called to decrease my order and it was processed immediately as it had not been sent to production but I did not receive the refund I was guaranteed which explains why they would not provide email confirmation of this. Also, if you would like to receive your order within a week, you have to pay an extra $15 for rush shipping. Otherwise, the delivery will take over 2-weeks.
