We monitor reviews for authenticity
First of all, I forgot to key in an available discount at checkout. I emailed them shortly after placing my order to try to receive said discount and although they were supposed to reply within a given time, they didn't reply via email at all. Then, I called them and they wouldn't give me the original discount, they gave me a lesser, courtesy discount. The picture for the artwork I wanted were the exact photos I received from a company that made them for me 10 years ago. The original company maximized said artwork on the hugger without me having to ask for it. You didn't. Therefore, my new huggers have smaller artwork than my original huggers and I also paid a premium to have these "made in the USA". So, I'm disappointed in my new huggers you made for these reasons. Easy customer friendly ordering
I ordered a certain sign and found out another person was using my color scheme. When I called customer service, they were great. They helped me with my problem and quickly shipped the new product. I will definitely use them again.
