Took awhile to receive however worked out great. Delivered 2 hours before my event but they were printed and designed great, so I guess proofing process and delivery could use some work

They were easy to design and came in a timely manner.

Ease of ordering was a plus. It was very nice to see what the product would look like before the order was placed. Fast shipping options for the dead line that was needed.

Ordering was easy and I liked being able to check my design on the cups before completing the order. Upon arrival, the cups were fine but the custom printing was not great
Many of the cups had smeared ink in the logo as well as flaws in the printing.

Was quick and easy to design. There were many options to choose from.

I had difficulty with the viewing of artwork. The chat was helpful but I ultimately was told I couldn't fix it. That I would need to pay $10 extra to have the option to edit later through the staff there.

The approval process took way to long and I was talking with to many people. We finally figured it out and got the wristbands and they look good just the process to get them took to long.

I was promised guaranteed shipment and paid for the express shipment and did not get it on time for my daughters birthday.

Great, easy, fast. All around great experience.

The color yellow wasn't even close. It was suppose to be bright yellow and I got mustard yellow.

The system won't let me update my address. Post code keeps getting rejected.
