You called me to tell me that black ink wouldn't show up on the balloons, so I switched to white. The font was way too small and the white didn't show up on the yellow balloons very well at all. I received 2 calls from you for the same issue, one after it had been "resolved."

The products are great, with a crisp, clear embossed area and no breakage on any yet, after a week's consistent wear. The price was best I could find, also. The problem I ran into was the service and the delivery time. I had a firm deadline for an event, for which delivery was "guaranteed" when I ordered. I asked for a proof (paid $10 for it) and promptly accepted within minutes of getting the email notification. After getting my 3rd notification and 2nd phone call regarding the order status, I talked to a representative who informed me that they could not tell me the definitive status of the order, nor confirm a delivery date until the product had shipped. In fact, the only way to be sure they could meet my delivery deadline would be to pay for rush delivery. So, I paid more to get them and everything was fine... just didn't like the inconsistency in the process, communication, and lack of assurance that a previously guaranteed service was not guaranteed until I paid more.

I called to see the status of my order and was told that it was on hold. I was disconnected from my first CS person. I went through 2 CS personnel to be ultimately told that I my order had been put into production in the hour that I started working with the first CS person. Then I was informed that to guarantee delivery by my date I needed to pay another $170.00 in shipping. Basically, you were holding my order hostage even though it was your fault my order had been on hold. Jordan finally was able to get someone to waive the $170 additional shipping fee and my order arrived on time. Stressful for me as I would have lost a major customer if the products had not arrived on time, and I had to call and find out that you have placed my order on hold to begin with.

24hourwristbands got my product out on time over a weekend. I never expected to be able to get buttons made and delivered on Tuesday for an order placed late Friday afternoon. The buttons were perfect -- everyone of them is solid and printed correctly.

I was disappointed by the customer service I received following a portion of my order being missing. The requirement to have an image of the shipping label to file my complaint was ridiculous - I acknowledged receipt of the order - but a portion was missing and the solution presented was ineffective.
