I was happy with all the items we have ordered from 24hourwristbands. However only one item i was unhappy with was the US imprint for the coffee mugs. The imprint was rubbing off as if it wasn't cured enough. So the imprint was fading off. Over all, good selection of items. Just beware of the imprint quality on certain products.
Had to contact customer service to report quality of some bands not to prior print quality. I was told that bands are only for promo purposes so quality doesn't have to be that great. I did receive a refund on some of my purchase order.

I ordered 20 bands and a little over half of them were misshapen and just messed up a bit, so not cool! But luckily I only needed a little less than half of them so I worked out, but still I expected better quality!
