I ordered bracelets here to help support my breast cancer fight and help pay my increasing medical bills. I was completely satisfied with the product, the price and delivery. It took some time to actually get the order completed because the mask we originally ordered wouldn't allow 2 different colors. If that's the case, the customer should know this prior and the order shouldn't allow me to ask for 2 colors on the mask. Secondly, the original color mask was out of stock so we had to order another color. The customer should not have to wait to receive an e-mail with these issues. Especially when we paid extra to have a faster production process. These were 2 separate instances and caused a significant delay. The product itself is fine but you need to have a better process to not allow the order to be placed if there are stock problems or color issues.
We needed quality wristbands at short notice and you delivered both.
It was easy to use their site. Bags were great Bracelets were beyond disappointing.

Ordered blue but the color came out purple
Your customer service is something to be desirable. I have made numerous phone calls to your company and half the time I could not understand them when they spoke or one time there was a horrible pounding noice in the background. They told me there wasn't anything they could do to help me.
I have used 24hourwristbands for years and will continue. The service is good and orders are received in a timely manner.

Sizing the art with the website tools was poor, left you with few choices/options. Image size was much smaller than desired.
My order came in on time and looked pretty much exactly as I wanted. The sage color is perfect for my wedding, it's not too bright or overly minty. The font sizes sometimes appear a little bigger on the mock up than they print though, so if you're worried about that be sure to go a size larger!
