I didn't get good information on delivery when I ordered. I didn't get good email follow up with my questions. When I called, my rep wasn't very knowledgeable and sounded like he was in a call center in India even though I ordered from USA (which cost 1/3rd more). The beacelet worsa were notnon the colors like it was on the computer when I typed it in. They came in time and were fine.
The silver paint color does not show up as strongly on the wristband as indicated on the prototype on the website
Great service and product. I made a mistake on my order, I was notified by email, I was able to make the corrections via email as well, it did not delay the shipment. Over, good product for your money.

WEBSITE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND PRICE WAS EXCELLENT
I was excited when I saw that they had 18x24 yard signs for as low as $2.12, however, that is the starting price. We had our own design and it only had 1 color. The boards are white so that shouldn't count as a color. However, they counted the white as a color and then said it was a full color design. Usually places charge, 1, 2, 3 then full color. This tripled the price we decided to use another company.
Product itself was great but the customer service during and after the sale was sloppy. I will not use this company again

Product is great to show support
If I could give NO STARS I would - I ordered buttons and t-shirts from this company. The same EXACT graphic on both. The buttons came out fine, but the shirts have some major issues - for one, there is a mysterious white boarder all around the graphic, and in between the hair. Two, the placement/size is ALL WRONG. When I contacted them they said "Please note that it seems like you're comparing the proof with the actual product, kindly note that proof images you see on a computer screen are CGI (Computer Generated Images) and an actual product never be an exact replica of a CGI. And as a CGI the proof is always superior to an actual product.The proof is sent to you to give you an idea about how the finished product might look like and they should never be taken as a representation of the actual product." - ummm? WHY DID I PAY EXTRA FOR THE PROOF then? Isn't that the REASON you get a proof? But this is completely irrelevant because they PRINTED BUTTONS didn't have ANY white on them. Also, you can see in the comments section of my order where I clearly state "Comments: Please ensure the picture is clear. Let me know if another size picture is needed for optimal clarity. Thank you!" - so you can see why I'm completely livid! I literally just wrote a yelp review and just filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, I'm going to make sure no one else gets taken by this company. They are completely wrong, if they didn't have the skill to do the job, then they should've stated that and I would've went elsewhere. OH and what's funny - when they sent me their 'survey' for the products - the other items I received were listed, but mysteriously the t-shirts weren't on there, so I couldn't review them at all!
