There was a delay with the artwork on the cups and I had to call to find that out after many days of the product not arriving.

It was easy to personalize items.
Customer service was horrible and very i accommodating to the client. Misinformation was given at time of ordering and over the phone. I called concerned that I wouldn't receive my product by the needed date after it had been over 3 weeks since order was placed and instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was met with numerous no's and told I had to pay more money for expedited shipping. Although according to the time line quoted, I should've received my product with the seected shipping. However I was told my order wasnt a priority, I couldnt be guaranteed my product in time, I couldnt speak with a manager and I couldn't have a refund.
Very poor customer experience and I will never order from this company again
