Delivery was on time, cups are sturdy, great material.
I wish there was an option for two txt colors ( even if it cost more), I didn't see that. I chose a standard graphic option ( palm tree) and in the stock options it was yellow and black. I knew the txt could only be one option but I thought the clip art would be true to it's picture option.
If only one color option I should have gone with black txt, the yellow was much lighter than the bold look online. Actually the print is hard to see but that's partially my fault for choosing yellow instead of black.

Very disappointed. Website shows dark grey color but they are actually light grey. Now I have 160 disappointed people who voted for dark grey lanyards for our group and are now wearing light grey. Company was not helpful in finding a solution to the problem. They wanted to offer a 10% discount on a future order...which is a joke because I can get 10% off just by visiting the website. Won't be using this company again.
