I accepted a store credit for my first order which was damaged in shipping. When I placed my next order I followed their instructions to request the store credit, but it was not applied. When I called to ask the status of the store credit, I was told that it was too late to apply the store credit for this order, but that I could have the store credit on my NEXT order, if I will CALL them BEFORE placing my next order. Of course, I have no more need for promotional products, as my orders were for a 1-time event.

They are very thurough and call you before every step to make sure everything is perfect with your order.
Was not impressed with the way the service is set up, it took about 10 days or so for me to even get my product shipped because their ticket system is inefficient. Shipping was good and on time product was pretty good disappointed in the screen printing because the lanyards are sticking together and ruining the screen print on some of the proucts.
Product arrived past the intended event use date. Site does not communicate anywhere that estimated shipping is between 48 hours to 4 weeks. FAQs directly contradict that stating 2 weeks at most. Customer support was not helpful or apologetic and took over a week to come to any partial rectification.

The proof process was extremely slow and frustrating. It was obvious that there was internal confusion and the delays caused us a $69 rush shipping charge. We will not be using your services in the future.
