I had a very frustrating time talking to your support representatives. The chat support was not strong at communicating, I felt there might have been a language barrier there. When I called to talk to someone on the phone I ended up talking to someone who very rudely informed me that the 1 day production I selected didn't mean anything and that choosing 5 day shipping meant minimum 5 days. So from the selections i made on the order form, it looks like a total of 6 days before i receive my order. But I was told it could be 3+ weeks. It felt like they were just trying to hit me up for an extra $25 on the shipping and it left a bad taste in my mouth. If you have no intention of honoring 1 day production DON'T MAKE 1 DAY PRODUCTION AN OPTION! If your standard shipping is 5-15 business days, DON'T CALL IT 5 DAY SHIPPING! These are very basic concepts. Most importantly here though, when someone calls frustrated that they might not get their stuff in time, don't launch into a hostile explanation trying to make them think it's their fault for not reading the Q&A section of your website in it's entirety.
In the end I received everything right on time and it was all of very good quality.
I love this brand
I chose the metallic silver, but I wish I had just gone with black. They don't let you see a proof before ordering, so I wasn't totally sure how it would turn out. It was too light.
You guys have great deals and ship quickly. There's no way I will go anywhere else!
