My wristbands arrived SIX days late. The site did not say that the delivery date could be (and indeed was)inaccurate. It was a stressful situation to wait for this time sensitive order which was for a 100th Birthday Party. Calls to the company should not be necessary for accurate delivery.

Glasses were dirty and had a weird film on them. Imprint was not solid black as expected, it looks cheap and basically see-through. Customer service was no help when saying I needed them by a certain date they just wanted more money instead of helping me.
I almost forgot I ordered this product, shipping seemed to take a little longer!
