I went back and forth with clear instructions with your people about the centering of the image and positioning. I even paid more upon the recommendation of making it a wrap around to be centered. It still wasn't. Absolute waste of my time and money. I gave it a second chance and it was not as I requested, just like the first one. I gave and approved under specific instructions. That is not what I received. I feel deceived.
During the whole process I kept getting incessant calls and emails when issues had supposedly been resolved. After many tickets, phone calls, and proofs, the product isn't what I asked for.
The experience was fantastic -- your communication system is fantastic and I was thrilled to get my bracelets as expected.
I had an issue with delivery time but my wrist bands arrived the day before and I didn't have to pay any extra shipping cost! Customer Service Team is Awesome! You guys Rock!
