Super fast shipping. Exactly what I wanted!
Shipping/production time is misleading. It states 5 days for shipping and 5 days for production, but after I ordered I was told that standard shipping/production would take no less than 3 weeks.
Shopping was simple and fast. The proof process was easy.

Don't put colors on the proof if they are not going to show up on the actual koozie because of color combinations. This happened twice with my order, and just made it really inconvenient. Other than that, satisfied.
The product was easy to customize and it was a smooth process. We have ordered from here because but we wanted updated koozie's with a better look and we got exactly that.
