Great service. I reached out to your staff for direction on the custom material that was incorporated in our order, and they were extremely helpful. The only improvement I could ask is the sizing. We ordered all Large. I wish there was a larger option, as some of the staff that will wear them may desire a larger size.

My overall experience was excellent. The design came out really nice on the koozie, and they're high-quality. I could not believe how fast the turnaround time was, and was SO thankful for free shipping. The cost of the koozies was excellent. I don't know why I haven't heard of your company before. So happy with the product.
Only one small issue... all of the koozies were correct except for 1 - it had the same design on the front & back, while all others had a different front and differnt back. Thought that was odd - could have been a machine error.
