In my experience I would NEVER use this company again. Did not deliver when promised. It took two people calling and emailing constantly as our deadline was missed to get the wristbands at the last possible minute before our event. The crazy part is they kept telling both of us that we would have our wristbands the next day, then the next day (again), etc. I'm so glad our original deadline was 4 days before the event. The customer service people are confused, can't give specific delivery information and tracking numbers, etc. We even asked them how they could call themselves 24 Hour Wristbands when they couldn't get a small number of wristbands produced in a week... they said because our customer service is open 24 hours! Look at the 1-star reviews and you'll see a consistent problem with not delivering by their deadline. Pick any other company on the internet to do your wristbands and you'll probably have a better chance of getting them when you need them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
