Ordered arrived and was disappointed. Was expecting the lettering to be colored in it was not which made it really hard to see. This is probably my fault as the website crashed when i had the order almost done and had to redo it. And sure enkugh whe i got it i realized that there was a mistake.
The ordering process was not easy because of the agent's heavy accent and difficulty understanding my instructions. However, the product was done perfectly, looked great and was delivered a two days ahead of my due date. I would use them again.
Nice product just what I ordered. Shipping was guaranteed by a certain date on the website, but did not show up till five days after. Everything on the sites have guaranteed delivery by this date. Then when you get the final invoice, it shows estimated delivery don't guarantee something that you can't come through on.
I like the idea of towell, color and the print, unfortunately something happened during the coloring and there are small spots without color, the towels are not going to be good for drying and the cutting around the corner is longer

We paid extra to be made in the US but after several messages from the company that went right to voicemail and when I returned the call it did not go through and hung up on you. Then we did not pay for expedited delivery since it was coming from Texas and we already paid extra to be made in the US. When I finally got a hold of someone the conversation did not seem like it was a US business and I felt like they were holding the product for a month just because we didn't pay extra for shipping. We ordered a month in advance of when was needed. They finally agreed to send out that day and we had it within 4 days after that phone call. The product was not high quality and the imprint was very small on the item. Will not order again from this company again.

I ordered wristbands for the first time. They are good quality, and I'm happy with the thickness and the vibrant colors. I bought the raised lettering without color differentiation. It's not that easy to read the lettering, but the company produced them exactly as I had ordered, so all is well. I just know for next time to add color so the words will pop better. I've bought t-shirts, shot glasses, can koozies, coasters, etc from this company and have been VERY pleased with their products.
The armbands look great and got here in a timely manner! Will definitely use this company again!
I paid the extra fees to ensure the wristbands would arrive by 9/20 which I thought would be fine as the memorial event was 9/23. The wristbands did not arrive until 9/26. These were for remembering their 16 year old friend who died from cancer last year.

This is my 5th order with 24HourWristbands and they did a great job working with me to get the rally towels exactly the way we wanted them as well as here on time for our event. Would've been 5 stars but I had to do some pushing to get the deadline met...maybe I should add that 5th star because they did get it done for me! Would use them again.
