I cancelled this order and also another order, but we got charged for both and those charges have not been removed. I only clicked the YES button in the email because that is the ONLY link in the email, there isn't a link to click for NO i didn't receive my order. I cancelled two orders and didn't receive them and still haven't received that money back but the customer service rep i spoke with guaranteed me that I would receive a refund. I have tried to reach out but haven't received any responses. PLEASE put those charges back on my company's credit card.
