We ordered smaller and thin wristbands, but it took them a few days to tell us that they ran out of those and we had to switch to the wider ones. I wish you had the other ones!
Received and quality is good
Extremely unhappy with the amount of time it took to resolve a problem that was caused by the company. They sent the wrong item. Then they tried to get me to keep the wrong item by offering 10% off. Then it took over a week to send me the correct item. I made it very clear what day and time I needed the wristbands by, however they arrived too late.
They don't send a confirmation to your email. They don't want to stick to the timeline that's on their website. You need to call to follow up to see if they have your order and check on delivery. It ended up fine, I had to call back twice, but everything ended up fine. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't call.
The order of the product was easy but the quality is not what I would expect.
