From the time I ordered the process was smooth and without issue. All of my questions were answered, the order was placed and my items were created and shipped in a timely manner. I am very happy with the outcome and will order again without hesitation!

Great experience. I was contacted by customer service (by email and phone), they thought I had placed a duplicate order, and wanted to make sure I didn't do it by mistake. I had not! I really appreciated the fact that they would call me to confirm that it wasn't a duplicate order.

A "digital proof" is not you all sending me back the exact same file I sent you in the first place, a "digital proof" should have been a digital representation of what would actually be the design on the cup.

We received cocktail napkins with a some special wording on it. They were fine. Just wish there was an option to put something more decretive on the napkin. Other than that it is what we ordered. We also felt that it was a little pricey.

The website is easy to navigate, and once I placed my order, I loved how fast yet thorough 24hourwristbands was. They made sure I was happy with the art and then got my order to me very quickly.

There was an unexpected additional international shipping charge after the exponential shipping charge that was already added to the total. Overall the shipping is going to cost more than the product-of which I am getting 3000, this seems out of balance.
