Ordered 7 buttons for a memorial walk for my brother who recently passed away. 6 of the buttons arrived damaged -with dents, scratches on them. Notified company immediately. They responded with the excuse "Please note that the products we carry are intended purely as promotional items; therefore products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items" - which makes no sense.
They asked for pictures of the issues - even when over 85% of the orders if flawed (6 of 7 buttons were bad).
Sent that to them and they still are giving the runaround - basically answering one question a day. Still no refund.
STAY AWAY - Bad Product and even worse customer service
Unhappy because the color of teal was changed so our bracelets no longer match. We came back a year later specifically to order the same thing.

User friendly ordering process
I ordered 5/8 inch wide lanyards last time with a printed image... then I'm told I can only get 1" this time and they are very ugly and way too wide... I want the same product I ordered before. I can't keep my customers happy with product that doesn't meet our standards and uniformity. You've already printed them on 5/8 inch before and they were perfect. Why you can't duplicate my past orders I have no idea. Where's the "re-order" button?
