The ordering process appears to be easy, but then they bait & switch. One order I had they sent a proof and I approved, then they came back and said sorry we need to print it larger and cost more money. Then the orders come back off center. Stay far away, there's tons of other companies out there.
The costumer service is very responsive. After approving the proof, shipment was handled quickly and the product arrive on time. The product is exact how is described on the website! Very reliable company! Highly recommend it!

It was a rush project so I get that the quality might have suffered, but I wasn't expecting as much variation from napkin to napkin that I received when the order arrived.
Great coolies, had issues with agents misinforming and not listening. Some where more pleasant than others, which makes it easier when they are pleasant when having language barriers and others had already given me different info

I am so happy with my purchase. I wasn't going to buy this type of item originally, but these are reasonably priced and fun to design.
The staff was so helpful and friendly every step of the way. They made sure my product was exactly what I wanted before printing. Very pleased, and would highly recommend!
