I paid extra for an early delivery. When the size band that I wanted wasn't available, I was contacted two days after the original order was placed. When we finally reached a solution (I asked for the adult size instead and was told no, so I suggested we cancel the order and then the adult size was available), I was told the delivery would be 7-10 days which was after my event. When I said I had paid for an early delivery, I was told I had paid extra for a promise date, not a rush guaranteed date and I had to pay more for a rush date. Nowhere was this explicitly stated and it felt like extortion that I had to pay more money for the same delivery date. The bands did arrive on time, but the experience and the extra money spent felt bad.
