Too bad it didnt have all the promo items i needed. Notepads, higher end pens. Also didnt have image preview. Had to pay $10 for preview of image on product
For first time buyer, the process was very easy
Was not warned about certain colors and white writing when they did post pone my order to call me about the black and the large house emblem not showing... but failed to mention the smaller text was hard to read on two others and impossible to read on another... I'm leaving those at random bars because... drunk people won't care
The ordering process was a breeze! I like that I had the option to choose tattoos made in America. The quick turnaround was necessary and perfect for my situation as I was in a hurry and needed the tattoos before we traveled as a team.
Website is user-friendly and when I called I received quick, friendly customer service.
Paid a considerable amt more to have shipped on a specific day and the product came a day later. I could have saved 1/3 of total cost if I would've just chosen delivery on that day instead!

Easy to design and a good value

I specifically went to this site because it said the order would ship in 24 hours. I made a note on my wrist band order that I had to have them for a bridal show by Feb 21st, and my order confirmation said they would arrive by then. I paid double the price of other companies to have them shipped in the U.S. so I could ensure quick shipping. When I didn't receive a tracking number the week of my event, I sent multiple emails to check on the status- no answer from them. I finally spoke to someone through their live chat, and they were no help at all. I was told my order would not arrive on time- no reason, just that they don't guarantee it. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told it could be 24 hours before a manager got back to me- well that wouldn't help since I needed my order within that timeframe. I had to pay a huge price for overnight shipping to another company who would do what they promised. So, when they put in writing that an order is shipping from the U.S. and charge you double for faster shipping, it's a lie. It appears they are charging people double by saying it's coming from the U.S. but it's still being produced in China with delays. By the way- their reviews... they don't have a Google account to write a legit review. Don't trust all the good reviews you see- they have found a way to make it difficult to show a bad review.
