The sales associate I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sectional I was planning on purchasing.
I reviewed my drawers, chest and night today I was pleased with the delivery driver were nice and polite.
I was skeptical at first because I have always used Ashley Furniture directly. I went in store and wanted the Raelyn Nedroom Suite. It was going to be $7000. I heard about 1 STOP Bedroom from a friend and it was half the price. It was easy to set up and when it was delivered, it was put together. I had such a wonderful experience.
The quality is outstanding—everything feels sturdy, well-made, and built to last. The design is both stylish and comfortable, making it a perfect fit for my space.
What really stood out was the attention to detail, from the craftsmanship to the finishing touches. Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It's clear that a lot of care goes into both the products and customer service.
Customer service is 10/10. I look forward to receiving my furniture and purchasing through them again
Well, the only thing that I could give a review on is customer service which was really good, the representative gave me all the information how ever, I won't be able to comment on the actual delivery time and the look of the furniture until it actually arrives
This company is a scam. Wish I could give 0 stars. It's been over a month and still don't have my furniture. Tried to cancel a couple times and they tell me they can't. The dates continually get pushed back for delivery. Customer service said they will send me their direct extension and doesn't, said would call back in 24 hours with an update and doesn't, said would give a credit and didn't. All lies. Will need law enforcement and probably get a lawyer next.
The three drawer console table in greige was exactly as pictured, drawers slide perfectly and fits my needs exactly. It came perfectly packaged, in excellent condition and shipped promptly. I plan to do more business here.
The delivery was slow. The set up service was the Best I have had in the last forty years. The service team was Friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job
Shopping was easy & price was great. I was not very impressed with the delivery process, but in the end, I'm in love with my new dresser.

We purchased a love seat online from 1StopBedroom. The whole purchase process went very smoothly and 1Stop was extremely good in keeping in touch through the whole process from A-Z. The love seat was on back order for quite some time and we received updates on the delivery date and it was a great experience overall. We just got our love seat today and couldn't be happier! The delivery team was also great in communicating with us and cleaned up the mess from the box when they were done. We highly recommend 1Stop if you are in the market for furniture!
