I listen to the guys putting the table together and the chairs and as I overheard them, I could tell how careful they were about getting the installation exactly right. There were a couple instances where they started to install. Things may be backwards or whatever but they quickly corrected themselves. It seemed that one of the guys was in training, and the other guy was an expert. There were about five or six instances where things could have gone south, but the expert made sure that it was done properly.

They stayed in contact with me every step of my order. Due to my location of where I live I had to pay a delivery fee but they upgraded me to white glove delivery and also scotch guarded my couch with no additional charge. Will order from them again in the future!

I had never heard of this furniture site, but when I searched the couch I wanted and 1StopBedrooms came up and had great reviews. I ordered the couch off the site (for half the price of other retailers). The couch did not initially ship by the expected date, so I contacted customer service. They got back to me within a day and let me know it was a manufacturing delay. From that point forward customer service kept me updated along the way. The delivery was smooth and everything was packaged nicely. I will definitely be purchasing from 1StopBedrooms again.

After a horrible experience with a local furniture company that went out of business before getting the furniture in that I ordered, I was able to find the successfully find the exact pieces on 1StopBedrooms and for a better price. Even though the items I wanted was backordered with the manufacturer, I still received everything in exactly 30 days which was sooner than I expected. They communicated well throughout the entire experience, my call to customer service was superb and the delivery driver was nice enough to honor my request to make sure the items were left under my carport so they weren't exposed to the rainy weather. I'd definitely shop with 1StopBedrooms again!

Have ordered an entire bedroom suite, plus assorted other items including a dining set from 1StopBedrooms. I do so much of my furniture shopping online that I have become very discriminatory of companies I trust, in respect to both their quality and pricing. I have come to really trust the products sold by this company and if there have been any delivery issues whatsoever, their customer service reps are right on top of it. Excellent experience with 1StopBesrooms. Found the end table for my living room at a great price and table arrived as indicated in a very short time. Table was well packed to insure no damage and very easy to assemble. I would highly recommend them for the quality of their material.

The items I ordered were placed on backorder and that I wouldn't receive them until the end of the month. I received an email about a week or two later saying that the items had shipped. I received the items the next day, which was way faster than expected. Awesome!
