There was no delivery date given, usually after your cart is filled you get a delivery date, no date even after payment. I called and left a message for a return call the next day, no one called me back. I called again and the message said the office was closed, however I called a hour prior to your closing hour, left another request for a call back, and never recieved one again. Items are definitely priced below furniture stores, but customer service needs improvement.
