Ordered my couch had it delivered within a week. It's beautiful the delivery drivers carried it in, my husband and I set it up. I was glad they called and offered the mounting brackets for purchase because that would have been important to me. Overall great experience! Will shop here again.

I knew what I wanted, but in our local furniture stores it was pretty pricey, so I shopped online and 1stop was significantly cheaper. At first I was hesitant to order bc what if it gets damaged during shipping etc… but went ahead and decided to risk it…. Shipping was super prompt, delivery company used was very polite and my new sectional looks FANTASTIC in my living room! The man I spoke with on the phone to confirm my shipment (I wish I could remember his name) was so polite and courteous.

Needed and got two 13" wide end tables. They are perfect with smooth drawer and shelf below.
Assembly was simple. Everything well marked. Even with a wrench. Need Phillips screw drive to remove packing blocks.

Big selection of items for a decent price. Website is user friendly and easy to explore. I'm still waiting for my orders to be delivered since they were recently placed but have received plenty of updates throughout the process which has been nice. The customer service rep was wonderful helping with a larger shipment I ordered and thoroughly explained options to me and was really kind. The site was easy to use and had a great selection. The chair we want was backordered but we didn't know until after the order was placed. I was given the choice to cancel or keep the order for a later date. I did keep the order so we will see if and when it arrives. I wish the site had let me know before ordering that was not readily available. I did call and talk with someone and they were helpful.

From the start of searching for a living room set to the two nice gentlemen who set it down in my living room, was pleasant and professional.
