I knew what I wanted, but in our local furniture stores it was pretty pricey, so I shopped online and 1stop was significantly cheaper. At first I was hesitant to order bc what if it gets damaged during shipping etc… but went ahead and decided to risk it…. Shipping was super prompt, delivery company used was very polite and my new sectional looks FANTASTIC in my living room! The man I spoke with on the phone to confirm my shipment (I wish I could remember his name) was so polite and courteous.

The site was easy to use and had a great selection. The chair we want was backordered but we didn't know until after the order was placed. I was given the choice to cancel or keep the order for a later date. I did keep the order so we will see if and when it arrives.
