After telling me they had my selection in stock and me paying, I received an email to rate their service and then ~ 15 mins later got an email my selection was out of stock. Asked me if I wanted to wait 3-4 weeks to come back in stock? NO…I want it ASAP.
Very friendly salesman, who informed me they match prices and I got the sectional even cheaper!
Very pleased with the bed I ordered. Very high quality and was even prettier than in the photos. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would but the guys who brought it were so nice and professional even brought it inside for me when they didn't have to. Overall great experience.

Very easy to find furniture on their site and online staff was very attentive. Once we ordered our couch, someone reached out to verify our address was correct so there was little room for error upon delivery. Unfortunately there was a delivery delay, but one stop bedrooms sent out a back order notification and approval to determine if we would like to wait longer. Upon accepting the back order, there was an expected shipping date. Once that date was here it only took them two days for our new furniture to be at our house. Overall very satisfied with our purchase and delivery.

The only thing I would change was that there is no indication on the website that my items were backordered so I had to wait about a month and change to receive my sectional. Was told that the sectional was at the distribution site and that I would be contacted for delivery dates, however, the delivery was done without me, knowing and no one was home to receive the sectional because of that

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
