This is my second time shopping with 1StopBedrooms. Excellent customer service and follow-up. I had a delay in shipment on the 1st purchase but the follow-up to come to a resolution was great and delivery using the white glove service was worth it. I will definitely shop again.

I recently placed an order for an Ashly recliner and could not have been happier with the product as well as the communication received with my order. The order took a few weeks to complete but this was expected at the time of ordering. Email and text communications were excellent and really made it easy for me to schedule and receive delivery of the product. I opted for outdoor drop off and when they delivered asked for them to wheel into our garage as I would not be home for a few days and had my daughter sign for delivery. The delivery driver was kind and happy to help. I would recommend this company for future purchases!

No comment, this place charge us a restocking of 3/4 of the price of the item we bought, my husband call them on the of the delivery, to cancel because we all had Covid, this was explained to customer service and it was a terrible experience. We then got a store credit of 261. On a purchase of $900 dollars, was told it could be used anytime with no time expiration
Date when I called to use the store credit, I called about 5-7 times to and spoke to Simon you basically give me a run around, with persistent I got the product. But I will personal never order anything from them again. Good luck on the messed up system and customer support.
