Customer service with this company is great - easy to work with, pleasant, personable and you talk to a real person here in the US. The service rates 5 stars. While I love the look of my desk, the assembly instructions could have been much better and the quality of the veneers is less than ideal (separating on the edges of the desktop in several places). So sadly I can't give the product more than 3 stars.

I made a mistake to belive the reviews about this company. (potentially not honest as they offer opportunity to win $25k for reviews) As soon as I purchased the furniture and some weird things happened around the shipping and delivery times, I knew I was in trouble. I have an email to the company telling them, I felt something was wrong.

They shipped a large damaged entertainment center to my home where we could not deny delivery. In the end, I now have to pay to ship it back to get a refund...lmao. To reduce your reading time of this review go look at the BBB. They have a "C" rating and 2,865 complaints in 3 years. Do you want to buy from a company like that? Do your research!

I purchased this set for my dad's and stepmom's new home. I should say new, small home. It's perfect for their kitchen! Shipping was extremely fast! Very happy with everything, from the website, ease of ordering, price was better on 1StopBedrooms than every other site I looked at, and the 5 year extended warranty was very reasonable as well. Table and chairs are very sturdy; chairs are comfortable and the set looks great! I will not hesitate to buy from 1StopBedrooms in the future. This was my first purchase on your site and I really am very happy with everything, including the PayPal payment option. Highly recommend.

We are BEYOND happy with our experience with one stop couch. In May, we ordered a 6 piece sectional from another (big name furniture outlet) and were told we had to wait 6-10 weeks. Everytime it was 2 days before our pick up time it got delayed. We were never told the same information twice from all the people we talked to at the customer support. Long story short, we canceled our order after the disrespect we got from the store we bought the couch from. We then ordered or 5 piece reclining sectional from one stop. We talked to a lovely man on the phone who helped up put our order through, gave us an estimated tike frame for when the couch will be shipped, delivered, and brought to my home. He was SPOT on AND the couch came WEEKS before the estimated time of arrival. I will be ordering from one stop in the future.

I had identified a table for my new home as the style and size I wanted. It was from Ashely furniture. When I pulled the trigger on the purchase, my internet browser showed me the availability from 1Stop Bedrooms. They had the exact piece I wanted and at a much better price. Needless to say, they got my business. The shipment arrived within 6 days of purchase. While the packaging definitely showed signs of travel, the furniture itself was perfectly fine. So, the packaging did its job. 45 minutes of solo assembly later, my new table was set up and ready for dinner. All in all, a great experience from discovery to purchase to delivery to set-up. Will definitely start with 1StopBedrooms for my furniture purchases going forward.
