Online shopping experience with 1StopBedrooms was incredibly easy. Your marketing pictures were realistic and the overall online purchasing process was simple. Your pricing is very competitive, but the quality of your merchandise is still very high. We are most happy with the Ashley furniture, and the packaging of the items was perfect. Your third party delivery partner (NSD) was highly professional and we experienced no issues and friendly service from their drivers. Our only constructive ask is a more effective communication on back order status prior to ordering your products. It was admittedly disheartening to hear that the items were on back order after we performed our research on your company and pricing. Not sure we would have done anything different ( and we did decide to continue with the order once we confirmed the acceptance of the back order status) but knowing this in advance of purchase may impact whether to buy from your company in the future. Note: this is outside patio furniture for use during summer months. I would have preferred to know the items were on back order and spent more from another seller to have it sooner. Note the original order was placed on July 11, delivery on August 9th).

The website makes it easy to shop online. I did a search for a round small layered table to hold electronic equipment like a receiver, dvd player, etc., and it works perfectly. It's open on each row and fits right beside one end of the couch.

We found the furniture we wanted at another store for almost $1000 more. I usually shop local, but this deal was too good to pass up. Shipping did end up costing a little more because drop off wasn't available in our area, however they got it in the house which was not easy. Great quality, perfect condition. I would order again.
