Terrible customer service! We ordered the sectional on April 10th and they promptly debited my checking account for the balance. Received an email on April 11th saying the sectional would ship May 5th. Finally received the sectional June 10th.

We have never ordered furniture online before so I was a bit skeptical. We finally found the bedroom set we wanted and decided to give it a try. The bedroom set included a warranty similar to the warranty plans offered at the brick and mortar stores. The price point was slightly below. The company was always available by phone and even contacted us on the weekend to answer a question that we left in their voice mail about our purchase. The only glitch was coordinating the purchase with the delivery team. That was, however, easily resolved and they did an excellent job we paid paid extra for the white glove service. It was refreshing to be able to reach a person to answer questions and resolve issues and concerns. I would use them again.

We ordered the Ashley furniture Bayless sectional from 1StopBedrooms, and despite it being on backorder, the shipping and delivery process was very fast and efficient! They made sure to keep us up-to-date every step of the way and answered any questions I had about the process. The couch came in perfect condition with all tags intact and the white glove delivery ensured it was fully assembled in the exact spot we wanted it without any heavy lifting on our end.
