This furniture store provided me with superb customer service. I received my order on time with prompt shipment. Unbeatable furniture quality! Great furniture store!
Buyer beware it takes forever to coordinate the items and get them delivered. I ordered my bedroom set in Oct. And did not get it until 1-6-18. Hours on hold, called so many times both 1stopbedrooms as well as Twin Cities Delivery and barely got anywhere. They don't talk to one another, huge delay in items since I was in a "remote" area. Item came defective, try to resolve that, haha. A joke. Never using them again.
I tried 1stopbedrooms after being recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Our small couch fits perfectly in the rec room and it was delivered days earlier than expected. I had to give 5 stars for the overall great experience.

Ordered a couch and love seat on Nov 6. It is now Jan5 and still waiting. No one answers the phone & once u r on hold, you r on hold forever. They dont return phone calls and dont seem to care. Waiting going on 9 weeks for furniture is unacceptable. I really think i have been scamned. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOWUP. I may have to call the BBB. Hope I can get my money back. I will give them 2 more days.
