Extremely horrible customer service. We had a manufacturer defect and submitted a claim to onestopbedrooms.com over 2 weeks ago and still no response! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
We have now bought furniture from 1stop bedrooms 2 times. The first time, the furniture was delivered damaged. However, they rectified the problem quickly. We have been thrilled with the service and quality of the furniture we have purchased. We just ordered more furniture and plan to order even more in the future. Very good deals and great quality.
I ordered a bunk/futon bed from 1stopbedrooms on 1/29/18. It's now 5/1/18. Received partial delivery about a month after ordering (as expected). All hardware was missing. I contacted customer service and was told I would be receiving the parts soon. Another 2 weeks went by and still nothing. I contacted customer support again. Told I would have a tracking number from the manufacturer for the missing hardware in a couple of days. A week later still nothing. Contacted customer support. They had no information for me. Told them to pick up the parts that have been delivered and to refund their charges. I was told that a manager would contact me by end of day. No one has contacted me. It's been over 3 months and multiple phone calls and my kid still doesn't have a bed to sleep in and I'm out $650. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charges which can take another 90 days. I will never, ever buy another product from this company and will forever discourage anyone from doing so.
Nothing but the WORST customer service. First, since we live in WY "it is hard to get an 18 wheeler there to deliver". Really?! We aren't riding horseback anymore!
Second, our order sat for 6 weeks and then we are told we have to pay extra to ship it to WY... when we already paid an extra $199 to ship to a "rural" location.
Third, we were hung up on 3 times in one day trying to figure out what was going on with our order that is "on hold" after 6 weeks. It is one thing to be hung up on but to have sat on hold for almost an hour each time before being able to speak with a human!
Fourth, if you are foolish enough to order from this place and you have to call in to customer service (trust me you will) don't choose option 2! Go to option one for sales - otherwise you'll be on hold all day and their "customer service" hours are only for a short few hours in the middle of the day.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
What a wonderful place for one stop shopping for household furniture and accessories! So in love with the living room sets! Amazing!

Stay away! After almost 2 months waiting, sending 3 email inquiries, and holding on their call line for over 50 minutes *and still being #35 in line on hold)... I have yet to get follow-up on status of my order. Only activity I have seen is that they charged me for the purchase! There customer services is clearly understaffed for the volume of issues they have. Not worth any deal you think you may have received. I will be demanding cx of order and reporting them to the BBB. Save yourself the headaches... go some where else.
I bought an Ashley sectional in November and now just 4 months later it is already peeling... delivery was fine... had some really nice little guys that delivered it... but now it looks like crap and they won't answer my calls or emails... you gotta back up what you sell.
I ordered 2 sofas in November 9 but I still waiting for them. Every time when I calling or emailing them they tell me for sure the next week they will be delivery to your house. Almost 4 months passing and they didn't come yet. Sad Story :(( ((((
Right from the initial ordering of my living room furniture the communication was awesome. Communicated when I would receive a call for delivery date, a 3 hour time frame, a call a half hour before arrival and on time. I would use this company without hesitating on any of my future orders. My wife and I absolutely love the quality and beauty of our purchased coach, love seat and chair and the service that was received from the original order to the placement in our home.

Stumbled upon 1stopbedrooms and saw this really cute chest. Bought it immediately for my daughter. Sturdy and at the same time comfy. Had a good night sleep since then.The sectional couch I got from 1stopbedrooms is just gorgeous It's very comfortable, and I am very pleased that I got it a bargain price.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
