I must warn any and everyone who is looking to buy furniture to purchase it from any other business except this one. I spent over $750 for a TV stand that I have never received in a serviceable condition. Ive been dealing with these theives for nearly a year now. I refused their damaged goods twice -- sent photos, numerous emails, calls -- all with NO resolution. I've been more than patient with these people and when I asked for my money back I was told, "It doesnt work that way." Apparently, these incompetents don't understand the law. Lawsuit is next and more negative reviews on every site I can find. Trust me, they are not worth the hassle. Pay a little more for customer service for a more reputable and established company.
Zero Stars. Ordered $2300 bedroom furniture on 7/12/2018. Received email on 7/20/2018 stating order was in-transit and would arrive 8/3 - 8/10. Twelve days after deadline, on 8/22, I called and was on hold for 1 hour waiting for customer service agent. I spoke to manager, Vera, and she said that she would personally handle my issue. I received an email from Vera later that day, saying "Your order shipped and is currently in transit to your local delivery carrier. It is estimated to arrive there the week of 09/03. I will personally follow up on this order in one week for a more accurate ETA to the local delivery carrier." To date, 9/19/2018, I have not received my furniture nor did I receive a phone call or email from Vera. 1stopbedrooms is a bad company with poor customer service. I WOULD NOT recommend them.

I ordered a 1,300 bedroom set six weeks ago. Delivery date was approaching... so I tried to call for an estimated time because i was trying to arrange it so my new matresses came at same time as my frame from 1sb. Called a few times. Office always closed. 1st red flag. Delivery date has past... but online tracker says my order hasnt even reached white glove delivery center. So now im worried. Repeated calling... but office always closed no way to leave message. At this point i just want a refund. But cannot reach this company through phone, email. Even tried the website. Still waiting for a response. This is not a reputable company. I believe they have stolen my money. DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT WONT LET ME GIVE NO STARS... OR BELIEVE ME I WOULD!

This company sucks, they have great prices on furniture but it seems everything is back order and when you don't want to wait for the product it takes them forever to refund your money, be very careful becasue for me it's been 6 business days and no refund this company sucks!

I ordered my living room furniture on August 8th and received it on August 28th. I received a phone call on the 27th telling me that one of the nightstands was damaged when they were inspected at the Premium White-Glove delivery which is called "Deliveright" and they needed to reorder it before delivery. Now they delivered my furniture August 28th with only one night stand and when I went to inspect my 5 drawer chest of drawers the top and bottom drawer rails were loose and broken! The delivery men were attempting to fix it and I told them not to do so because I wanted to report it to 1stopbedrooms. I'm not happy with my furniture because I was expecting brand new furniture and I felt like this was furniture that might be from a display since both drawers were not functioning properly. I contacted 1stopbedrooms immediately and requested that the drawers be either fixed or replaced. I now have to wait for a technician or a replacement of drawers. Not a great start for first-time customer! I really wanted to be able to recommend this company to my family and friends but I am very skeptical to do so. I will update my review as soon as I get the rest of my furniture.

I purchased furniture and waited months to receive it. After calling 3 times over the period of three months to check on my order, I was constantly told the shipping date changed. They did nothing more than shrug it off. I once asked for a manager to reach out to me. No one ever did. I canceled my order and was given a refund. Poor communication efforts and like most companies, losing sight of true customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and will be sure to warn others as well.

I have not received the product yet(3.5 weeks) and the estimated time of arrival is over a month from the originally purchased date. Furthermore, when I purchased the item no tax was charged. Later I was contacted saying that they had no clue how that happened and that I now would now have to pay. Later through further investigation of the site I realized they had advertised on google no tax on the product. I even went as far as to retry the ordering process and sure enough no tax was charged, indicating that this is a known issue, and was used to bait customers and play us as the fool.
P.S. I had to threaten them with cancellation through my bank for their fradulent business to even get moved to the acknowledgement faze after 2 weeks had passed.

The delivery took 10 days total it said it would take 3-5 weeks i was very happy and skeptical because all the negative reviews but i would totally order again im not a fake or automated reviewer im a 26 year old lady and i give 1stopbedrooms 5 stars i never had an issue and im never rude on the phone so i know i was treated like a #1 customer thanks 1stopbedrooms i appreciate your buisness i financed no money down and everything was just as advertised: D
I ordered a dining set July 1, still waiting on it. The sad part is, I ordered something directly from the company and I recieved it the next week. I'm not sure their process but I will never order anything from this company again. I will not recommend it either.
I wanted to leave a comment on 1stopbedrooms customer service and communications. We ordered this set on July 4th and was supposed to receive the items by July 26th, Today (July 27th) we were told that the items are backordered and we wont receive it until end of August which mean its going to be almost 2 months after we ordered and paid for the items. There were no prior communications between July 4th and July 27th. I called to ask if they can compensate us for this inconvenience and delay. The agent was very indifferent and not apologetic whatsoever. I definitely not coming back next time I need furniture.

Worst communication, Absolute worst!
Customer Service is almost impossible to get hold of. After multiple phone calls and over 2 weeks of talking to various people there and being on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, I was given the choice of accepting damaged furniture or waiting an additional month for undamaged goods. Literally, I was told "take the damaged chair or wait." This is an almost $2k order.
Also, no one that said they would call back ever did.
They claim not to charge sales tax, but they do.
Their price match policy is only good for 24 hours after your order is placed, even if it is their own price that is lower.
I still have no furniture, but they sure were quick enough to take my money.
I've been waiting since October 2017 for them to fix one end recliner to my sectional. They play phone tag but nothing accomplished.

Ordered an item over a month ago and have not received it. It was supposed to be delivered with 7-10 days. Have repeatedly contacted customer service, and they simply say that it's in transit, and I will be contacted about delivery. Avoid this scam like the plague.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
