This is the 2nd time I've bought furniture (first a loveseat, then a sofa) from 1Stop Bedrooms. I find that the quality, the selection, the pricing, the customer service and their white glove delivery service is the best! I shop around when I get ready to make a furniture purchase comparing item quality, selection and pricing and I have found this merchant to be the best! Would definitely recommend and will buy from them again!

Recent delivery experience of my order, placed on 4/3/24. While I am highly satisfied with the product itself, the service surrounding its delivery was deeply disappointing and requires your immediate attention.
Firstly, the order was promised to arrive within two weeks. However, after this period elapsed without any communication, I reached out to inquire about the status. I was informed that the delivery was delayed due to a damaged item, a fact that was not proactively communicated to me. As a customer, I expect to be promptly notified of any issues affecting my order, including delays, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and uncertainty.
Secondly, during the delivery on April 24,2025, the delivery team failed to adhere to basic standards of care. Despite my explicit request for the team to wear shoe gloves to protect my carpet, I observed them disregarding this instruction. More concerning, their handling of the items resulted in significant damage to my property, including scratches on multiple walls and a dent in one wall. This negligence has caused me considerable inconvenience, as I now face the additional burden and cost of repairing the damage.
While I remain pleased with the quality of the product, the lack of communication regarding the delivery delay and the unprofessional conduct of the delivery team have significantly marred my experience

Best furniture store

I was skeptical purchasing furniture online without seeing it first but I had the best experience with 1StopBedrooms. Simon helped me purchase furniture for a family member residing in another state. My family is due to close on their home soon. Simon not only processed my order but he put the delivery on hold so the furniture wouldn't be delivered before they closed on their home. I had to call Simon several times and he answered every time. He was always pleasant and very accomodating. The reason why I chose 1StopBedrooms was because their prices werw lower than their competitors. They offer white glove service for a nominal amount and quick delivery times. I am very pleased with the experience I had and I definitely recommend this furniture business if you are looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices.

This is our second purchase from this company, and not only do they offer great prices, but they are extremely communicative and get things to you in a reasonable time! Our first purchase was a bed that had storage and bookshelves, and it has been wonderful for years now, but this purchase was for a sectional. Not only did they update me all along the way, but they were completely accurate with delivery times. The people who gave us our white glove service did an excellent job, and we love our purchase! I would recommend this company because products have both been good quality AND great prices!

Pleasantly Surprised!

I saw a dining table at a store and fell in love. The price was a good bit more than what I wanted to pay. A few months passed. I kept thinking about the table and decided to look it up online. I looked at several places but ended up at 1StopBedrooms. I was pleasantly surprised to see the table I wanted at a much lower cost! Add to that a protection plan and free white glove delivery. Raymond was such a great help when I called. I'm so happy that I'm getting my table, protection plan and delivery all for several hundred dollars less than what I initially thought.
